Delivery Payment Return

We accept payment for orders in various formats:

• Cash on delivery (COD);
• Full prepayment (to the sole proprietor's account);
• Partial prepayment (payment for delivery);
• For wholesale buyers and drop shippers, we offer individual payment terms and discounts.

In our work, we adhere to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," which regulates the relationships between us and our customers, protecting the rights of every individual buyer or ordering firm. We take on all obligations under the Law for the return or exchange of products within the established period (14 days) in the case of:

1. If all conditions of warranty service have been met and there is no external interference, mechanical damage, or rupture of packages;
2. If the product does not meet your properties and characteristics. In this case, the return of the product is only possible if the item has not been used and retains its original appearance;
3. If the product arrived with a factory defect (factory defect or other reasons not related to the transport company delivering the purchase). This happens very rarely, but if it does occur, don’t worry, we will exchange it.

Remember that after 14 days from the date of purchase, the product cannot be returned/exchanged.

When returning a product, we will refund the payment amount within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned item.
